Very clean and nice office. One of the front desk ladies was very nice and approachable. The other one wasn’t too friendly and was very nonchalant when i expressed concern. The assistant of the doctor expressed so much frustration that morning I was very concerned. I work in healthcare so i understand long waits to see the doctor, however it’d be nice to be told that there will be a 30 minute wait. The doctor was nice but not too helpful with my concern. This was the second time i came in for a limited exam and he didn’t have a solid explanation. So i left unsure and anxious, again.

The entire office staff is amazing, professional, and kind. This is the first OB/Gyn where I actually felt heard. Dr. Bharksuwan asked intentional questions and listened thoughtfully. I now have a game plan for something I’ve struggled with for years. Thank you!
